Ways to Pay
Credit Card or Debit Card
To pay with a credit or debit card, you will need to do so through Community Café. Debit cards incur a fee of $3.95 per transaction and credit cards incur a fee of 2.5% of the total per transaction. The first time you register, the “Registration Code” will be your 7-digit Account Number, which starts with a "t".
ACH/E-Check
If you wish to pay via online bank draft, you will need to do so through Alliance Association Bank. There is a $0.95 fee per transaction. Click here to access Alliance Association Bank and set up ACH/ECheck payments. You will need the following information:
Summerfield North Assoc ID: 7932
Wycombe Manor Assoc ID: 7933
Bill-Pay
Recurring or one-time payment via your bank account. Please include Management Company ID (6883), your 4-digit Association ID, and 7-digit Account Number (starts with a “t”) as the account number (example: 6883-7123-t1234567).

By Check
A coupon must be included with any payments that are sent by mail. Your community has opted out of mailing these and will charge you $12 for the coupon book. If you wish to mail your payment, please opt in to receiving coupon books in Community Café or contact a member of your management team.
